MacKenzie Encourages Small Business Owners to Visit www.reduceredtape.gc.ca

Ottawa, ON-Dave MacKenzie, Member of Parliament for Oxford and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Safety is encouraging all small business owners in Oxford to visit the Red Tape Reduction Commission’s website www.reduceredtape.gc.ca to tell the government about their frustrations in dealing with government red tape. In addition to voicing their frustrations in dealing with government red tape, small business owners can also provide the government with their ideas on how to solve these problems.

In January, the Prime Minister launched the Red Tape Reduction Commission with the mandate to hear from small business owners about their major red tape concerns.  The Commission is comprised of small business owners as well as Parliamentarians Lois Brown, Cathy McLeod, Chris Warkentin, Maxime Bernier and Dean Allison.
