Statement by Minister of State Yelich on Sentencing in Leo Del Pinto Case in Thailand

The Honourable Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), today issued the following statement: "The Government of Canada welcomes the court decision in the case of the murder of Leo Del Pinto in northern Thailand in 2008 and thanks the Thai government for its ongoing cooperation in resolving this case.
